Return policy: You have 30 days to return your item for free! After this time, you will be responsible for returning the item.
Exchange: Exchanges are free for France, except for personalized products. However, shipping costs remain your responsibility if the request is made 30 days after receipt of the item.
Refund: Only refunds for non-personalized products are accepted, provided that they are not damaged and that they are returned in their original packaging.
If the product sent is not the correct one , Mellipou undertakes to cover the return costs with a big Mea-culpa!

All our items are created and produced in Paris in our workshop. We take care of product design, from pattern to assembly. We also personalize your musical cushions directly in our office, without additional delay. We want to make the best possible products for your babies. This is why we have CE Standards ! Our fabrics & padding are Oeko-tex certified, our plains and packaging are made from GOTS certified fabric. The quality of our products is our priority.
Is your musical cushion making a head? Do not panic ! We have a great after-sales service that repairs your items as soon as they arrive in our workshop!
Our seamstresses establish an initial diagnosis of the repairs to be made in order to pass the technical inspection!
No way ! Personalization is carried out by us when you enter your order. All orders, with or without customizations, are shipped at the same time.
To make our lullabies and sell them, we must own the copyright. We cannot therefore produce lullabies without having the agreement of Sony or Universal . This is why we have a specific but magical catalog!
At Mellipou , we want to protect the environment. For this, we have chosen to ban gift wrap!
Every year, 20,000 tonnes of this packaging end up in the trash and only a small part is recycled.
This is why at Mellipou, we use GOTS certified fabric bags and recyclable cardboard boxes to package your beautiful music boxes!
