If you wish, you can change the fabric or lullaby of your item.
Marie and her team will be delighted to process your request with speed exceeding the speed of light!
Product exchanges are free in France. We can change the fabric or lullaby of your item. However, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer if their request is made 30 days after purchase.
Only lullaby exchange is possible. Please note that we cannot change the fabric of personalized products. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer if their request is made 30 days after purchase.
When receiving the package, the buyer must check the contents. He can only issue reservations in the event of a damaged package or one that does not conform to the order. He must then inform Mellipou within a maximum of 48 hours.
In the event of after-sales service (excluding change of fabric or lullaby), Mellipou covers the exchange as well as delivery costs if the order is older than one year. This notice concerns:
- The product received is not the correct one
- The music box no longer works

Only refunds for non-personalized products are accepted, provided that they are not damaged and that they are returned in their original packaging.
The customer has 30 sleeps to be satisfied or refunded. After this deadline, only exchanges are accepted.
Please note that delivery costs are not refunded.
