What is the deadline for personalizing your music boxes and cuddly toys?
There is no additional time for the personalization of our music boxes and comforters.
We do everything on site in our Parisian workshop. 😁

Can we come to the showroom to place an order?
Yes, you can choose your model, the lullaby and decide to personalize it on site. You quickly leave with your product.
What are your hours and what is your address?
The showroom is open Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 13 rue Georges Auric, Paris 19ᵉ. Building Cap 19, second floor Workshop 211.
Are there several lullabies in the musical plush toy?
No, you cannot play several lullabies. You have the choice among 8 well-known lullabies (like Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, The Doors, Adèle...). Yes, pop, rock, soundtracks for series and films. Great for putting baby to sleep.
Can the musical comforter go in the washing machine with the music box?
Yes, our music boxes are waterproof, you will have no problem washing baby's musical plush toy. Our products are machine washable at 30°C.
Only our musical night lights are not suitable for the washing machine. They must be cleaned on the surface with a barely damp cloth and allowed to dry well.
Shipping Questions
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs start from €4.90 for delivery to a relay point and €7.10 for home delivery.
Are orders processed quickly?
All orders placed before 9 a.m. are processed and sent the same day.
Questions about returns
Can we have the music box repaired?
Yes, we repair damaged music box. Our products are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase.
What is the procedure to follow regarding returns?
Send an email to sav@mellipou.com , we will send you instructions regarding your return.
